July 2020 At the end of July, we said ‘farewell’ to Sheila, our brilliant lab technician, as she left the Brown Lab. Exciting travel plans are currently on hold, but we wish Sheila a very happy and fulfilling retirement.

October 2020 Sara has accepted a position as Chair of Dermatology at the University of Edinburgh – a great opportunity to join other world-leading genetics research groups in the Centre for Genomic and Experimental Medicine within the Institute of Genetics and Molecular Medicine. The Brown Lab will be re-locating in December 2020.
March-July 2020 Our labs closed in response to the COVID-19 lockdown and bench work was put on hold.
