Carla Roca Bayerri joined our lab in February, bringing her expertise in cell culture, molecular biology and an enthusiasm to learn more about skin genetics. Carla is originally from Barcelona, but she now enjoys (!) the Scottish weather. She has a range of dangerous hobbies, including building human towers - a famous Catalan tradition - as part of the Colla Castellera d'Edinburgh.
